Since 1977, WVLP has collaborated with and facilitated the development of community‑based organizations working in the Valley's Latino communities to improve working and living conditions. WVLP’s programmatic work is conducted through contracted services, mostly via PCUN. The WVLP has supported the research, education, and capacity building aspects of PCUN's organizing, public education, and immigration integration services
