The New American Leaders Project
The New American Leaders Project believes that democracy is stronger when everyone is represented and everyone participates. Unfortunately, the elected leadership of our country does not reflect our diversity. NALP is closing the representation gap by training New American community leaders to run for office, educating elected officials about progressive immigration policies, and creating national awareness about the strengths and challenges of immigrant communities.
