Democracy for America
Democracy for America, a national progressive political action committee founded by Gov. Howard Dean with more than one million members nationwide, has helped elect more than 836 leaders to higher office, raised more than $43 million in small grassroots donations, and trained over 125,000 volunteers and candidates across 50 states. DFA is a member driven community fighting for progressive change by electing candidates to all levels of office in all 50 states and by fighting for key issues and reforms both in Congress as well as locally in states and cities.
